WHAT MAKES PHANY SPECIAL?

pHany is a unique brand that combines the concepts of natural underwear with lingerie. Our underwear is made of mostly Organic Cotton, with the added lace trim and sparkle here and there, to keep our underwear pretty and precious.

HOW DOES PHANY HELP YOUR NATURAL PH?

Wear Organic Cotton underwear is doctor approved and recommended as the first line of defence against bacterial infections and an un-level vaginal pH.

WHAT IS PH?

pH stands for Potential of Hydrogen and the pH scale measures how acidic or alkaline a substance is. It ranges from 0-14 where: - A pH of 7 is neutral (neither acidic nor alkaline). - A pH less than 7 is acidic (like lemon juice or vinegar). - A pH greater than 7 is alkaline (like baking soda or soap). In the context of the vagina, a lower pH (around 3.8 to 4.5) is healthy and helps protect against infections. Read more about your pH here.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO GET?

pHany products are true to size, so feel content aligning the size you choose with the regular size of you pants or dress. pHany products have good stretch allowance so feel confident that the right size for you will be comfortable on the hips and legs. Please refer to our size guide here.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

There are no returns on opened garment packaging to ensure optimal sanitation for all customers. Feel confident that your product has recived minimal exposure to external elements such as dust or bacterias.

WHAT IS A PRE-SALE PURCHASE?

Pre-sales are on offer when a product is currently out of stock. Pre-sale ensures that you will recive your desired purchase as soon as it has been re-stocked. This lead time can vary anywhere from 2-6 weeks.
