Returns

Our Returns Policy is valid for 30 days from day of purchase. If 30 days have past since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. This includes the time it takes for your order to be received. Please allow for 1-3 business days for Australia wide shipping and 5-10 business days for international orders. You will be responsible for your own shipping costs when for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging.

Unfortunately garments that have been worn can no longer be returned due to sanitary reasons. To complete your return email info@phanyorganics.com and we will send you more information regarding postage and our refund policy.
